Radiation Therapy Educator
Summary
The Radiation Therapist Educator is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive education and competency program for Radiation Therapy staff. This role integrates advanced clinical knowledge, adult learning principles, and departmental workflows to standardize training, strengthen foundational understanding of radiation therapy practices, and improve patient outcomes. This position leads orientation, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of Radiation Therapists while serving as a clinical expert and resource for staff. The Educator ensures staff understand not only how to perform procedures, but why they are performed, reinforcing clinical decision-making, safety, and consistency across all treatment areas. The Radiation Therapist Educator maintains clinical competency and may provide direct patient care as needed to support operations and remain aligned with current workflows and technologies.
Responsibilities

Pay
$43.92 - $67.04 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
