About the role

The Senior Certified Radiation Therapist performs life-saving treatments using advanced radiation technology under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and charts for treatment procedures.
• Delivering precise and consistent radiation treatments.
• Completing treatment sessions and coordinating patient scheduling.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Board Certified by ARRT (RT[T]).
• At least 2 years of experience in radiation therapy.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills

• Experience with state-of-the-art treatment machines (TrueBeam, Edge, Gamma Knife).
• Proficiency in techniques like SBRT, SRS, and adaptive therapy.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within an innovative, multidisciplinary team.
