Radiation Oncology Supervisor

Job Summary

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Radiation Oncology Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the Radiation Oncology Department including: treatment, simulation, manpower utilization, quality of patient care delivery, cost effective utilization of available resources. Responsible for implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements for Radiation Oncology. Maintains accurate treatment records. Performs a variety of technical and non-technical tasks and direct patient care activities requiring independent judgment and initiative.
