About the Role

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology Department. Driven to meet and exceed patient and physician expectations. Assists in selecting, developing, and maintaining teams of competent staff, holding them accountable and recognizing their contributions. Ensures customer and physician satisfaction while managing financial and service outcomes of the department.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Radiation Technologist, Oncology Certification, or RN license with Oncology experience
  • Must be certified in the State of Indiana
  • CPR certification
  • 3 years of experience working as a Radiation Technologist or Oncology RN
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred (Senior RT or management experience)
  • Five to seven years of progressively responsible work-related experience in a supervisory role preferred
