Radiation Oncology - Locum Tenens

About the role

Provide coverage in Radiation Oncology at an outpatient cancer center, supporting a multidisciplinary team including Physicists, Dosimetrists, APPs, and nursing staff. Utilize EMR systems, currently MOSAIQ transitioning to ARIA. The setting is outpatient, with a supportive team and evolving technology, including a new Varian Linac expected to be operational in September.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care
• Manage approximately 18-24 patients daily
• Operate advanced equipment such as Tomotherapy and Radixact systems

Schedule

• Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
• Provide at least 2 weeks of coverage per month
• No call or weekend shifts

Credentialing is expected within 4 weeks.

Requirements

• Experience in Radiation Oncology
• Ability to commit to scheduled coverage requirements
