Radiation Oncologist PRN
About the role
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a board certified or board eligible PRN Radiation Oncologist to join an outstanding team that is part of a multi-specialty Cancer Center.
Responsibilities
- Work in our brand new 27,000 sq ft facility opened in March 2022
- Utilize advanced technology including 2 Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators with advanced imaging package and surface tracking system
- Offer a range of radiation therapies including 3D conformal therapy, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SGRT, SBRT, SRS, and HDR
- Participate in academic appointments through The Baylor College of Medicine
Requirements
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the State of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- MD or DOL degree
- Experience with brachytherapy is preferred
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
