Radiation Oncologist

About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian Radiation Oncologist at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS. The position offers an emphasis on work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, share of call duty rotation, fully insured patient population, and freedom from malpractice insurance concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide expert radiation oncology services to patients at Keesler Air Force Base.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in radiation oncology.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduated from a medical school approved by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.
• Permanent Certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Radiation Oncologist within the last three (3) years.
• Board Certification in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology, American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi License.
