About the role
Join CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group, part of CommonSpirit Health, in Lexington, Kentucky. You will provide primarily outpatient Radiation Oncology care at Saint Joseph Hospital and Saint Joseph East Hospital, collaborate with a team of specialists, and work with state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide Radiation Oncology care, managing an average of approximately 20 patients on treatment each day.
- Collaborate with two Radiation Oncologists, three Medical Oncologists, two Surgical Oncologists, one Radiation Oncology APP, four Radiation Therapists, one RN, two office coordinators, and employed dosimetry and physics teams.
- Manage a low volume of hospital consultations.
- Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with 36 patient-facing hours per week.
- No call required.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.
- Active Medical License in the State of Kentucky, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA certificate.
- Completion of ACGME Radiation Oncology Residency.

Qualifications
