About the role
This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team supporting the sea-based X-Band Radar Program.
- Serve as the liaison with vessel engineers and the CONUS engineering team.
- Execute radar modifications in line with customer specifications.
- Collaborate to resolve equipment issues and perform troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventative maintenance as per technical manuals.
- Oversee radar operation and technical analysis of RF elements.
- Fulfill physical requirements, including climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Experience with large phased array radar systems, including knowledge of engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in maintaining and operating radar equipment according to technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of relevant experience, or an AS degree with 10 years, or a HS diploma with 12 years.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with contractors.

Pay
$107,500 – $204,500 annually.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
