Lead with Purpose: Inspire and direct the team of about 15 members as you set clear and measurable goals while effectively communicating with the team
Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with the team to monitor and refine project plans, schedules, and budgets while identifying essential resources
Drive Results: Foster a culture of urgency and accountability, encouraging optimal solutions. Champion Growth: Prioritize professional development and growth for team members
Resource Allocation: Act as a liaison between team members and programs, ensuring alignment of assignments, recognition, and performance
Performance Monitoring: Oversee performance development and appraisal, salary planning, manpower planning, career coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies
Technical Leadership: Contribute to the technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and provide technical expertise in direct support of program efforts and proposal activities
Communication & Reporting: Lead team communication, highlights and reporting responsibilities
Problem Solving: Serve as escalation point and recommend strategic solutions
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives and support department projects enhancing productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Commitment to Excellence: Promote Continuous Improvement and CORE system adherence
Dedicate approximately 10% of time to leadership duties, with the remaining time focused on technical contributions

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in hardware engineering design, development or production program execution
Experience with leadership in frontline or project leader positions or Performance Development
