About the role
The Advanced Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to aid patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic imaging equipment with proficiency.
- Ensure patient safety and uphold high-quality imaging standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical hours completed.
- At least one year of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- State licensure may be required based on location.
- Certification by ARRT(R) and BLS certification.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and performing physical movements such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
