About the Role
The Advanced Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Operating imaging equipment with proficiency
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintaining high-quality imaging standards
- Accurately documenting procedures and findings
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree
- State licensure may be required depending on location
- Certification from ARRT(R) and BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and squat as needed
