RAC Client solutions specialist

About the role

This position involves collecting delinquent accounts using agreed-upon strategies, providing exceptional client service, and managing client communications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve performance expectations for collection efforts based on individual goals and objectives.
• Provide clients with cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to resolve delinquencies.
• Disclose all relevant account information accurately and professionally.
• Manage client communications with an elevated level of professionalism and integrity.
• Execute call scripts and achieve acceptable call monitoring scores.
• Communicate regularly with Client Default Leaders regarding repossessions, inquiries, complaints, and other special handling needs.
• Accurately process payments, transactions, and workflows.
• Complete required Computer Based Training (CBT) courses.

Requirements

• Current RAC collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
