Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with provider partners to drive value-based solutions
• Create and manage alternative payment models, focusing on complex contract negotiations
• Oversee all aspects of the value-based contracting cycle from planning to execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a strategic plan for contract performance and value-based agreements
• Evaluate and implement network strategies to achieve contracting targets and control costs
• Support other departments by providing essential provider information and coordination
• Lead complex projects impacting multiple functions across the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in value-based contracting negotiations with IPAs and large provider systems
• Proficient in analyzing medical claims data and identifying cost mitigation opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate and gain consensus in a matrixed organizational structure

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
