About the role
This role will shape how value-based care strategy is communicated across the organization and to external audiences. The position will partner closely with analytics, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to translate healthcare performance into clear, compelling narratives. It will also help strengthen executive messaging, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement around population health and value-based care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain value-based care results and success stories across business lines
- Partner with analytics and operational teams to communicate value-based care impact
- Lead content strategy for sales pursuits and client engagements
- Collaborate to create differentiated value-based care messaging and presentations
- Create content for executive presentations and marketing materials
- Tailor consistent value-based care messaging for diverse stakeholders
- Advance thought leadership through external engagements
- Monitor industry trends to inform messaging and strategic priorities
- Lead internal communications to increase awareness of the organization's value-based care strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, or communications
- Experience in value-based care and population health initiatives
- Proven ability to develop compelling executive presentations and thought leadership materials
- Strong project management and collaboration skills across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex healthcare data into engaging narratives
- Experience influencing stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
