This role leads and manages repair and overhaul maintenance operations for Honeywell Industrial Automation, enabling process industry operations and improving worker safety, sustainability, resiliency, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the repair and overhaul maintenance operations for the organization.
- Develop and implement repair and overhaul strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with repair and overhaul standards, regulations, and industry best practices; stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Manage and optimize the repair and overhaul budget and resources to maximize operational efficiency; collaborate with finance and procurement teams for cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness; foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the repair and overhaul team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to specifications; facilitate training programs to enhance the team's technical skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze repair and overhaul performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement; implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and increase overall productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in repair and overhaul maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required).
- U.S. person status (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $47,200.00 to $70,800.00. Actual offers may vary based on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, key skills, and market considerations.
