What You're Great At Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locationsDirects and performs all housekeeping duties from cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement to laundry, and inventory management of housewaresPerforms or assists with cleaning duties as necessaryEstablishes an employee work schedule and plans daily work assignmentsTrains and coaches employee in laundry and housekeepingChecks equipment to ensure that it is in working orderCooperates with the housekeeping staff and other departments to provide quality service to all Owners and guestsControls lost and found articlesInspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work neededMaintains cleanliness and organization of the storage areaOrders cleaning materials and maintains a budgetResponds quickly to requests from guests and other departmentsInspects units dailyFollows all company policies and proceduresPractices safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines, including Bloodborne PathogensDevelops and maintains positive working relationships within the teamCounsels and disciplines employeesAll other duties as assigned Responsibilities listed may not include all tasks or apply to all resort locations, an official job description will be provided and signed on the first day of employment.
