R&I Technician

About the Role

At Glass America, you will install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis. Your responsibilities include utilizing proper tools and techniques for efficient, timely, and quality installations, maintaining communication with management, and completing necessary paperwork and bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilize the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service to company and industry standards.
• Maintain communication with management and local support team to stay up to date on any job changes, cancellations or additions.
• Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
• WoW each customer while continuing to Be the Best.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
• Must possess the physical capability to work on a variety of vehicle sizes.
• Body shop (R&I / R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attendance.
• Problem solver who can work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet the requirements listed above and be willing to work full-time (30 or more hours per week).
