Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated R&D Engineer to join their innovative team. As an R&D Engineer, you will be part of the Process Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: R&D Engineer Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota Pay Range:$40 What's the Job? Author and execute comprehensive process validations including TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ to ensure product quality and compliance. Develop and specify manufacturing processes, equipment, and validation protocols to support product development and continuous improvement. Analyze engineering principles, theories, and concepts to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes. Design experiments, validate processes, and analyze testing data to drive process enhancements and efficiency. Create and revise technical documents such as SOPs, validation protocols, risk assessments, and safety instructions to maintain compliance and safety standards. What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in process development within the medical device industry. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field. Strong understanding of engineering principles, validation techniques, and manufacturing processes. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively to technical teams.
