Responsibilities

• Undertake and organize long term development projects focusing on new and unique products and improving existing technology.
• Provide rapid and timely technical service, assisting Sales and customers and supporting further departments.
• Identify and investigate potential areas of cost savings, product improvements, process efficiencies, and better QA procedures.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an R&D environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements

• BS or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an R&D environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Skills

• Efficient techniques, like DoE for optimizing formulation concepts
• Prepare developmental samples of mainly oils for R&D projects
• Organize and detail laboratory work
• Occasional formal and informal presentations to Management and/or customers
