Quoting Specialist II

Role Overview: The Technical Quoting Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing accurate technical quotes for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and requirements.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop competitive cost estimates and solutions.Prepare and manage quotations within Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.Manage multiple customer accounts and respond promptly to inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.2-3 years of experience in electrical and automation industries, with knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications.Experience in quoting electrical panels or distribution systems is advantageous.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of ERP (SAP or similar) and CRM (Salesforce or similar) systems. Location & Work Model: Based at a facility with a hybrid onsite/remote work model, offering flexibility.
