- Experience with Microsoft Office Software
- Experience reading blueprints is a must
- AutoCad is a plus
- Strong Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Promote excellence throughout the department
- Locate drawings and reference information using computer and paper files
- Use Visual Estimating window and accurately enter parts/service for quotes
- Absess customer requests, identify the correct part needed to resolve issues, and consult with technical support or engineering as required
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult customers
- Place orders in Visual, following the Parts Order Entry SOP
- Simplify releasable part quotes need to be completed within 24 hours of receipt
- Proper disposal and handling of Proprietary documents
- Other duties as assigned
