Quotations Representive

Job Summary

Aid in coordinating project pricing and costing with relevant CACTUS personnel (sales, engineering, and customer service).

Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the review of customer-required terms and conditions with CACTUS legal personnel.
• Maintain standard cost accuracy and escalate issues for review as needed to ensure price quotations are correct.
• Communicate with vendors, freight companies, and logistics companies to verify equipment, services, and freight costs.
• Obtain management approval for final pricing structure and terms and conditions of quotations to meet customer deadlines.
• Prepare margin approval sheets, sign them according to guidelines, and keep them on file for each quote.
• Assist with major proposal preparation and ensure quotations accurately reflect CACTUS's ability to deliver services cost-effectively.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to complete tasks.
• Maintain quotation files for reference.
• Coordinate with the technical illustration group to obtain drawings of the equipment based on customer requirements.
• Engage in engineering reviews and provide necessary input to develop accurate quotations.
• Comply with Houston Operating Procedures as they apply to this position.
• Participate in special projects or assignments as directed by management.

Education, Training, Experience

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prioritization of API 6A and wellhead equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Intermediate language skills.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Intermediate reasoning skills.
