Quotations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensures interpretation of electrical specifications and drawings for all projects are met
• Verifies manufacturer project and costs match the specified project requirements
• Oversight of project transition from Estimator to Project Manager
• Work with Store Managers and Salesmen to develop project business
• Negotiate with Salesmen, Customers, and Vendors to win projects
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to issues
• Review pricing quotations for consistency, competitiveness, and profitability
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and determine status
• Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and suggest solutions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years working experience in similar setting
• Secondary education in the related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and controls
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong appreciation for customer service excellence
• Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility
