About the role

This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You’ll have access to virtual tools and resources, collaborate with experts, and provide updates on assigned customers. The role may occasionally crossover to other services, requiring flexibility and comfort in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage client calls with high attention to detail, leveraging in-depth bookkeeping and accounting knowledge to quickly access and process client work per our service agreement.
• Meet highly efficient deadlines while maintaining accuracy in processing client work.
• Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence, using deep customer empathy and expertise in the customer-facing role.
• Evaluate and manage complex bookkeeping problems, including financial statement errors, chart of accounts cleanup, sales tax issues, unresolved A/P and/or A/R, payroll issues, merchant services, and third-party interaction concerns.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure timely client follow-up and communication.
• Prepare and review financial statements and workpapers.
• Perform domain expert services in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Review customer-inputted information for accuracy.
• Research regulations to support guidance and provide informed recommendations.

Pay

Compensation for this role depends on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other business needs. As required by local law, the salary range is provided in the job posting.
