Quick Service Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate tires and check tire pressures.
• Perform multi-point inspections.
• Replace batteries, air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Recommend maintenance needs based on inspections.
• Perform maintenance fluid services.
• Work alongside experienced GM Certified Technicians while learning advanced repairs and diagnostics for hands-on training.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Team player who takes pride in quality work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for six to nine and a half hours per shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and stretch.
• Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a shop which may experience, but is not limited to conditions such as: varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

$40,000–$48,000 per year
