About the role

We are looking for Food & Beverage Cast Members to support the Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase at EPCOT! Candidates must be able to authentically represent Morocco in culture, heritage, traditions, and language.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and connect with Guests, offer assistance, provide information, and explain location offerings
  • Uphold location theming by maintaining a role in the show
  • Follow all food safety regulatory requirements
  • Capture and input orders into the point-of-sale computer system
  • Handle cash and other forms of payment
  • Handle all types of food, including common allergens
  • Demonstrate general wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge at select locations, and be comfortable serving alcohol
  • Open, Pour and Handle Alcoholic Beverages
  • Provide excellent Guest service

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • MUST be able to demonstrate Cultural Authenticity pertaining to Morocco
  • Cast Members will work with and around all foods and food allergens, including but not limited to beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg and dairy products.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Experience managing, prioritizing, and supporting multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Observational skills to identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
  • Understand and explain menu offerings to Guest and answer questions about the food products
  • Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Partner with team to make adjustments for operational changes
  • Passion for connecting with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service
  • Operate mobile devices and other computer systems
  • Physical role including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, twisting, standing & walking for extended periods, climbing, and kneeling
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, from high heat areas in the kitchen and outdoors, to cold areas in freezers and coolers.
  • Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred
  • Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
  • Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays

Schedule Availability

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
