At Stivers Ford Lincoln, we are looking for a motivated, responsible person to join our team in the Quicklane to begin your career path to full automotive technician. Our dealership is fast-paced, organized, and built for the best technician experience! This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn all you can about the automotive industry. Our Quicklane Technicians work hands‑on alongside industry professionals, becoming familiar with all makes and models and then focusing on the Ford vehicle line‑up. In addition to mechanical work, technicians use computers and interfaces to diagnose and repair most repairs and maintenance. The position is full‑time and requires in‑person work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including changing oil and filters
• Inspect and replace bulbs, belts, and hoses
• Assess, adjust, and clean brakes
• Perform battery service, brake work, and alignments
• Inform team advisor of any additional safety concerns regarding customer vehicles
• Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices
• Begin hands‑on training and Ford curriculum certification
• Change tires and exchange fluids

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of automotive repair experience (preferred)

Pay

Hourly wage: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour. Experienced technicians are eligible for a $300 quarterly bonus.

Schedule

8‑hour shift.
