Overview

Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Tire Loader / Unloader and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! As a key player on the third shift, you'll be responsible for safely loading and unloading tires and related materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy. Schedule

3rd Shift Monday through Friday, 4pm to 2am. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload tires using a manual pallet jack, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures diligently during all warehouse activities.
• Support warehouse management by maintaining organized storage areas and updating warehouse management system records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of load & unload operations while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have reliable and constant transportation.
• Self-responsibility.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse experience.
• Physical/Manual Labor experience.
• Pallet jack experience.

Pay

Commission based — you get paid per trailer you complete per day. Trailers range from $40–$100 per truck, with payout determined by the weight of the load. After completing your first week of training, earn up to $200 per day, or $1,000 per week. Average lumpers make $700–$900 per week. The amount of work you put in determines your paycheck.
