About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Expeditor at Quattro Restaurant.
Essential Function Of The Job
- Aid in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
- Avoid errors in orders by maintaining attention to details, allergies, and special requests
- Communicate effectively with Servers
- Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Perform side tasks such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers, and crumbing tables as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- General food knowledge required
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America required
