1X EXPEDITOR

About the role

Reporting to the Group Leader, you will fulfill the operational requirements in the Assembly Department to meet the company’s objective of manufacturing high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts and sign off all components from Joinery & Moulding Shop.
• Follow up on all shortfalls and outstanding parts with various supply departments.
• Liaise between Joinery, Moulding Shop, and Assembly.
• Maintain and update all boat records as per procedure.
• Ensure designated areas are kept clean and tidy (housekeeping).
• Replenish all health and safety replacement stock.
• Load requisitions on Flowcentric.

Requirements

• Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10)
• Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12)
• Advantageous: Stores and customer service experience
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Syspro programme
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Thorough understanding of quality conditions within the company
