Scope & Scale
The Quantitative Surveyor (QS) ensures strict financial control over semiconductor tool hookup projects involving Integrated MEP & Process Systems. The role involves managing high-density auditing processes with up to 4,500 individual components per semiconductor tool.
Responsibilities
- Manage field walkdowns containing between 1,500 and 4,500 individual components per semiconductor tool
- Validate installation quantities of unit rate invoices to prevent overpayment and ensure audit readiness
- Oversee concurrent installations across multiple tool sets within an active mega-fab environment
