Parts Counter Representative Equipment Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at a heavy-duty truck body manufacturer specializing in snow and ice trucks and tri-axle dump trucks. The ideal candidate should have experience with parts on heavy trucks or an automotive background, but is open to trying a new career path.

Responsibilities

• Work with technicians to service customers
• Service customers in person or over the phone
• Identify and research parts for customers
• Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Familiarity with parts on heavy trucks or automotive background
• Knowledge of CDK business system (helpful)
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule with potential for overtime
• Technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

Pay is based on experience, ranging from $23 to $30+ per hour.

Schedule
