As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. You will maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are met by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed
- Document all sales and customer interactions in the company's database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 1 year dealership experience in the parts department
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer skills and using a database
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
