About the role

3D Personnel are actively working alongside a well-recognised Residential contractor who are currently in the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Limerick-based team on a permanent basis, working initially on a large 140-unit project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery of all the commercial requirements of the project.
• Provide accurate and informed reporting of the commercial performance of the project.
• Manage the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages and assist in the preparation of interim and final valuations.
• Assist the Senior Contract Surveyor to coach and motivate surveyors on the project.

Requirements

• Relevant Third-level Degree.
• 5+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor based within Ireland or the UK.
• Previous project experience on Residential projects is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Pay

€65,000 - €75,000 + Package
