Quality Technician- Trainer

Location: Taylor, Texas (training in Georgetown)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: starting at $22/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support engaging quality-related training for new and current team members.
• Keep training schedules running smoothly and all documentation up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and communicate progress to management and supervisors.
• Be a proactive partner in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Requirements

• Elite communication skills: ability to clearly explain concepts, connect with diverse audiences, answer questions, and make training sessions interactive and impactful.
• Learning agility and curiosity: investigate, research, and independently develop expertise to teach new topics as needs evolve.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with training matrices and document control systems.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent recordkeeping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
