About the role

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting Engineers by assisting in production-related and inspection jobs to ensure smooth operations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring material quality and making necessary adjustments to ensure final products meet required specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records to track progress, ensure compliance, and facilitate audits.
  • Identifying defects by comparing physical characteristics of components and products to technical specifications.
  • Conducting simple tests and preparing technical reports to provide valuable data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Using and programming measurement equipment to ensure precise and reliable product testing.
  • Assisting customers in understanding product specifications and measurement data to build trust and ensure proper product application.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of measurement and test equipment for consistent and accurate results.

Responsibilities include running CMMs on parts, performing millipore and swirl checks, answering quality calls, providing disposition on parts and scrap transactions, and leading containments for quality issues on the line.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
