Quality Technician Level 2 3rd shift

About the Role

Working under minimal supervision, level two quality technicians perform intermediate quality and inspection tasks demonstrating intermediate knowledge of shop math, print reading, measuring tools, product segregation, and quality reporting. Level two quality technicians demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills relating to production quality.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Correctly interpret work orders.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Perform intermediate quality inspection tasks.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming product.
• Assist in producing quality reports.
• Provide leadership in basic troubleshooting.
• Work in a team environment, i.e., follow instructions and assist others as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• The ability to read and write English.
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills.
• Intermediate quality reporting.
• Intermediate shop math.
• Intermediate print reading.
• Intermediate knowledge of product.

Qualifications

Typically 2-3 years of experience. GED or high school diploma preferred but not required.
