Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
- Verify quality on press start up.
- Inspect in-process quality retains.
- Troubleshoot unflagged press defects found in-process or during inspection.
- End of press run review.
- Monitor compliance of SOPs, GMPs and company policies.
- Review batch documentation prior to job shipment.
- File closed jobs both into immediate and long-term storage.
- Reject discrepant material and interact with parties involved.
- Organize and write reports.
- Use diagnostic equipment to test both new materials and retains from jobs.
- Write reports regarding tests of new materials.
- Collect specially requested customer samples from jobs and ship them.
- Monitor daily department workload and assist in prioritizing assignments.
- Dispose of defects identified by the quality technicians.
- Cooled with the shipping department daily to ensure all batch records are reviewed for the day’s shipments.
- Assist with training.
- Assist in the calibration of lab equipment.
- Perform monthly micro swabbing and sample collection.
- Aid in document control.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Working Conditions
- This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift office products up to 50 pounds.
- This position may have minimal exposure to hazards such as dust, high noise levels, solvent fumes and medium heat on the production floor.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with no assistance.
- Able to stand for shift in safety shoes.
- Able to grip with one or both hands.
- Flexibility in working hours.
