As a key member of the Quality Operations team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of devices, raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods according to quality procedures
  • Set up and execute basic inspection and testing processes while interpreting drawings, specifications, sketches, and work instructions
  • Test, sample, and troubleshoot components, electronic devices, and raw materials to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Determine acceptance, rejection, or escalation status of inspected materials and components
  • Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality and specifications
  • Inspect workmanship, assembly quality, alignment, and installation accuracy
  • Document inspection results, record defects, and maintain accurate quality records
  • Perform final acceptance inspections of finished goods and ensure compliance with product standards
  • Support final assembly of product kits, including accessories and labeling as required
  • Ensure production output aligns with customer requirements and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as assigned by Quality Management
  • Works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Production teams
  • Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contributes to product release decisions and quality assurance processes

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or quality-related experience preferred
  • Ability to interpret technical documents including drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
  • Prior experience with Oracle and Agile
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and quality measurement equipment
  • Experience supporting final inspection and product release activities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
