Maintenance Tech

Location: Middle Tennessee & Southern Kentucky service area (Bowling Green, KY; Clarksville, Springfield, Hermitage, Madison, Dickson, Bellevue, Franklin, Shelbyville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Lebanon, TN). Full-time position with a flexible schedule.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support 13 restaurant locations. This role is critical to keeping our restaurants operational and safe. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable responding to maintenance emergencies that impact daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple restaurant locations
• Diagnose and repair issues related to:
  • HVAC systems
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Grills, Fryer, Oven, Refrigeration
  • Basic electrical and mechanical systems
  • General building repairs and maintenance
• Painting and cosmetic repairs
• Respond promptly to equipment and facility emergencies that affect restaurant operations
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Communicate clearly with management regarding repairs, timelines, and needed parts
• Travel between locations as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently
• Experience working with restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and attempt unfamiliar repairs using available resources (manuals, videos, manufacturer guides, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations
• Flexible and reliable with emergency response availability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and overnight hours as needed

Schedule

• 10-hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Control over scheduling, including day or overnight work
• Emergency response as required
