What You’ll Do
- Performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance
- Preparing and maintaining inspection records and technical data packages
- Supporting first article inspections (AS9102) and customer documentation requirements
- Identifying and documenting nonconforming material and supporting root cause efforts
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining compliance with AS9100/ISO quality standards
- Assisting with audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or precision environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality documentation
- Understanding of AS9100/ISO standards (preferred, not required for entry-level)
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
