Quality Technician

Start-Up Responsibilities & Ongoing Production Responsibilities

• Auditing internal processes, component, and product quality throughout the manufacturing workstream.
• Supporting new equipment and process capability studies during the plant start-up.
• Participating in continuous product and process improvements to exceed customer expectations.

Quality System Responsibilities

• Participate in Control Plan system development and execution.
• Develop, deploy, and perform audits while maintaining the audit database.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and tiered work systems.
• Review and update the quality system requirements for new or revised products, including KCC identification and documentation.
• Work closely with engineering to support Factory Acceptance Testing and trial builds of product throughout the system, gathering feedback for evaluation and analysis.
