Quality Technician

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at First Article, PPAP, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections
• Measure product conformance utilizing CMM (Creaform/Polyworks), and Virtek Laser Inspection machine
• Create and edit CMM programs using Polyworks
• Perform PPAP, and First Article inspections to support the component qualification process
• Read and interpret specifications and part prints
• Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions
• Communicate with project engineers to ensure schematics follow the final product
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related position preferred
• Able to accurately use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Proficient with ASME GD&T
• MS Office Experience
• Good communication skills and detail-oriented

Pay

$24.40 - 36.60 hourly. A starting hourly wage higher than $24.40 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
