Quality Technician

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to work 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat

Skills

• Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications
• Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse
• Engage with Associates about product conformance
• Grow knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

Schedule

Predictable Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!
