About the role
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and integrity of products across the bottling process. You’ll partner closely with operations and quality teams to monitor production, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve performance on the line. Your work will directly impact product excellence, helping to ensure every bottle meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect bottling lines, collect and evaluate samples, and perform lab testing to verify product consistency and compliance.
- Track and trend quality data, identify deviations, and support troubleshooting efforts, working proactively to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to the “Hold” process, collaborating cross-functionally to manage and release products that meet specifications.
- Help train others, support quality systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of production/operations or quality assurance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Associate of science degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or Engineering plus 1 year of laboratory, or quality assurance experience;
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
Qualifications
- Required flexibility in working overtime and weekends as needed.
- Required to lift and move product and samples weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Required to be 18 years or older.
Skills
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Experience interpreting technical instructions and applying advanced mathematical concepts in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
