Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the demonstration and learning center fleet and support equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order
• Train facility staff on equipment systems, fleet maintenance, and repairs
• Aid in pre-production machine serviceability evaluations in support of New Product Introduction programs
• Assume assembly & disassembly responsibilities, including loading and unloading machines upon arrival/departure
• Maintain records of equipment, attachments, and parts
• Clean service bay areas and adhere to Contamination Control Guidelines
• Complete service letters on the Cat equipment fleet
• Build relationships with product groups to maintain their support of the Tinaja Hills facility and fleet
