Lozier Corporation · Omaha, NE · 1 mo ago
Quality AssuranceFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Lozier" (company description) then "Benefits And Schedule", "Position Summary", "Essential Job Functions", "Other Job Functions", "Job Qualifications", "Required Skills", "Preferred Skills", "SPECIAL DEMANDS". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings. We have company description (About Lozier) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have "About Lozier" describing company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if we have content. We need to decide which sections we have content for. We have: - About Lozier (company overview) -> could be "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" heading and put that description. - Benefits And Schedule: we have benefits list and schedule details. So we can have Benefits and Schedule sections? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have both benefits and schedule details. Could combine into one Benefits section and Schedule section separately. Since we have both, we can output Benefits

Benefits

with list, and Schedule

Schedule

with list. - Position Summary: could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Actually Position Summary is a brief description of role. Could map to "About the role". But we already used About the role for company overview. Maybe we should not duplicate. Perhaps we should use "About the role" for Position Summary (role description) and maybe omit company overview? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. We can include both: maybe we can have "About the role" for Position Summary, and then a separate "About Lozier" not a standard heading; but instruction says use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also include other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those headings and map content accordingly. We have multiple pieces: company overview, position summary, essential job functions (responsibilities), other job functions (maybe also responsibilities), qualifications (education/experience), required skills, preferred skills, special demands (maybe physical demands). Benefits and schedule. We need to decide which headings to use: - About the role: could contain Position Summary (maybe also company overview). We'll put Position Summary there. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions (maybe also Other Job Functions). We'll combine. - Requirements: could contain Job Qualifications (education/experience) plus maybe Required Skills? But Skills is separate heading. So Requirements could be education/experience. - Qualifications: maybe we could use for Required Skills? But they said Qualifications as a heading example. Could use for Required Skills? Actually they list both Qualifications and Skills as possible headings. We need to decide. Better to follow typical job posting structure: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education/experience), Skills (required and preferred), Benefits, Schedule. Thus: - About the role: Position Summary (maybe also company overview). We'll include both Lozier description and Position Summary? Might be too much but okay. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions + Other Job Functions (combined). - Requirements: Job Qualifications (education/experience). - Skills: Required Skills + Preferred Skills (maybe separate lists? Could combine but we can separate with headings inside? But only

allowed for sections; we could have

Skills

then
with required and maybe subheadings? Not allowed? We could just list required skills then preferred skills as separate
with headings ? Not specified. Safer to have two sections: Required Skills and Preferred Skills? But they didn't list those as example headings; but we could still use

      for them? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive list. So we can use other headings as

as long as they are section headings. Probably okay. Thus we can have:

      About the role

      ... company overview + Position Summary ...

      Responsibilities

        ... essential + other functions ...

      Requirements

      ... Education and Experience ...

      Required Skills

        ...

      Preferred Skills

        ...

      Benefits

        ...

      Schedule

      ... shift times ...

We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes some legal statements at end: "The above job description is meant to describe..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Successful completion of pre-hire drug screen..." etc maybe also boilerplate but could be considered requirement? It's a condition of employment; maybe keep as part of Requirements? It's not exactly education/experience but still a requirement. Might keep as part of Requirements? But it's more like hiring process. Could keep as a short paragraph under Requirements. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from Essential Job Functions, Other Job Functions, Qualifications, Required Skills, Preferred Skills, SPECIAL DEMANDS, Benefits, Schedule, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Company overview paragraph: "About Lozier Every day, millions of people interact with Lozier products without even realizing it.
