About the role
This position is for continental night shift (6 PM – 6 AM, 3-4 shifts per week) but must be willing to fill inspection needs on other shifts when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Inspect completed fabricated and welded structural parts to ensure they have been properly assembled using tapes and other measuring devices.
- Perform routine inspections of manufactured products and verify packing accuracy across all departments at the facility.
- Maintain and update tool calibration and personnel weld certification logs.
- Track and investigate Quality Records (QSR’s and IQR’s).
- Lead quality initiatives and improvements within production processes.
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to achieve AWS CWI certification within 1 year.
- Ability to obtain and perform NDT (UT level I) certification within 2 years.
- Minimum of High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferences
- Prior knowledge/experience of structural line job functions.
- Current weld, CWI, and NDT certifications.
Pay
Base rate: $31.97 – $47.23 per hour.
Eligible for annual bonuses:
- Annual Return on Assets (ROA) Bonus (5-year average): 20.7% of eligible earnings.
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (5-year average): 20.4% of eligible earnings.
Schedule
Continental night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM, 3-4 shifts per week.
