Quality Team Leader- 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Team Leader to join our team for the 1st shift (6:00am- 2:00pm) at our facility in Pell City, AL. The Quality Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that all products meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality control inspectors to ensure products meet quality standards
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Train and mentor team members on quality control processes
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a quality control role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality control tools and software
